What is Regression Therapy and How It Can Help You?

What is Regression Therapy?

Regression Therapy is a process of returning a person to an earlier time in their life with the intent of resolving an experience that is affecting their present life.

Why use hypnosis  for Regression Therapy?

While hypnosis is not mandatory for regression therapy, it does facilitate a more relaxed state and can help access specifics of experiences that may have been forgotten or repressed.

What are the different types of Regression Therapy?

There are 2 different types of regression;

Partial Regression is when the subject is partially integrated into the experience (i.e outside of their past self).

Full Regression is when the subject is fully integrated into the experience (i.e they are inside their past self).

What can Regression Therapy help with?

  • Eliminate Fears and Phobias

  • Release the Effects of Trauma and Abuse (physical, mental, emotional, sexual and PTSD)

  • Move through the Effects of Grief and Loss

  • Remove, Modify, Install Behaviors

  • Remove, Modify, Install Belief Systems

  • Regress to Past Lives and Soul Life

Can anyone perform Regression Therapy?

Regression therapy is a specialized practice that requires a broad understanding of how the mind stores and accesses information. Hypnotic regression requires even more experience. It is strongly recommended to work with a therapist who specializes in regression. This is mostly for your safety as regression can trigger or unlock memories you may not know how to deal with without  professional assistance.

What about these YouTube/ FaceBook recordings I've seen/heard about?

Regression can easily happen with a recording if you follow the instructions. Only problem is, if you happen to unlock memories or details that have been repressed, the recording isn't prepared to deal with that and now you are in a state you are unprepared to handle as well. It happens. We get at least 2-3 calls a month from people who listened to some kind of  regression, abuse/trauma/PTSD release recording and all of a sudden the flood gates have opened and they are completely overwhelmed.

How many sessions is typical for Regression Therapy?

As with all of our therapies, we have developed our own unique techniques and processes to make this one of the most powerful change technologies in our arsenal. It is so effective, we often times only require a single session for results!
